It has been a pleasure to be mentored by Arlene. Her advice has kept me focused on my professional goals and helped me enjoy a much-needed work-life balance. She has inspired and supported me, showing me I have all the tools to succeed. I am thankful to her for listening and for her encouragement and guidance. Not many early career professionals have been lucky enough to have had a wonderful mentor in their life. I hope this changes, and we all find people who boost our way to fulfillment.
