I'd like to honor Prof. Webb for his dedication in education and rigorous training during my graduate study. He not only brought in multiple and different perspectives for a given topic, but also constructively challenged proposed solutions in a friendly and humorous way. Such brainstorming fostered great fault-tolerant research environment and enriched the potential of the projects. I am grateful for such discipline and find it helpful in my 17 years of industrial career.
