OIDA Webinar Series: Opportunities to Enhance Liquidity

28 May 2020 11:00 - 12:00

Eastern Time (US & Canada) (UTC -05:00)

Short-term challenges in accessing liquidity are a result of some businesses having their supply chains fundamentally disrupted, being unable to operate and, in many cases, having little to no visibility on their outlook. Lenders have correspondingly shifted from being willing to lend subject to higher pricing and somewhat tighter covenants, to being much more focused on what the corporate earnings picture is over the short-term, medium-term and long-term. This webinar will discuss some strategies on how to maximize debt capacity and operational flexibility under current financing arrangements and provide critical market intelligence as to the best practices possible in strategically dealing with COVID-19 effects and what liquidity-enhancing solutions are available in the market.
