OIDA Webinar Series: Working Together under the New Normal | Customer and Supplier Interactions

29 July 2020 12:00 - 13:00

Eastern Time (US & Canada) (UTC -05:00)

This webinar will talk through some of the ways in which we’re having to shift and adapt our customer and supplier interactions. Certainly, there are more phone calls and video-conferences. Are there ways in which we can innovatively drive these to our advantage? Are there companies who have begun a new method of virtual product demonstration? We will also discuss how to market to potential customers when we don’t have some of the standard options, like conferences and trade shows, available to us. As a corollary, how do we most effectively seek new suppliers? We look forward to questions and interactions from the attendees.
