Critical laser specifications for a variety of life sciences applications will be discussed. Some practical examples will be shown.
William Burgess, Co-CEO, Power Technology
William Burgess is Co-CEO of Power Technology, Inc. and is a SPIE Senior Member. Power Technology manufactures lasers light engines for department of defense, life sciences, and the semiconductor inspection applications. Mr. Burgess holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA) and has responsibilities that include financing and operations. He formerly served as the Geschäftsführer (CEO) of the company’s German division and has almost 30 years of experience in the Photonics industry. Power Technology and OptoSigma recently entered into a strategic partnership where OptoSigma is distributing Power Technology’s laser light sources.
