Dr. Rekha Gautam is an extremely meticulous and dedicated researcher with a strong work ethic. I was fortunate to have worked with her on various Raman spectroscopy projects at our center. What sets her apart from her peers is her ability to remain hands-on and stay invested in constant learning of new skills, mainly driven by her curiosity to widen her knowledge base regarding light-matter interactions. I have learnt and improved my own skills in optics under Dr. Gautam's distinct training.
