Katherine Wiid is a Career Management Coach based in Cambridge, UK with 24 years in recruitment and career management. Asked what she thinks is the single most important ingredient to career success she says Motive Matters! Prue Butterworth is a Go-to-market strategist, with an impeccable record for helping clients launch offerings successfully. She has 20 years of experience as a technical marketing lead at companies ranging from start-ups to some of today's biggest tech companies across IP, martech, adtech and fintech.
Previously, Prue served as Product Marketing Manager, then Solutions Marketer at ARM Ltd, Product Marketing Lead at Global Graphics, The Access Group and more recently Global Commercialisation Director at Oracle. Prue shepherded five start-ups to merger, acquisition, or Initial Public Offering.

Jo Stansfield is founder and director of a social enterprise offering Diversity and Inclusion consultancy in the technology and engineering domains. Her vision is to ensure tomorrow's technology is built by, and equally benefits, everyone across society.  Alongside this, she is Global Lead for Diversity and Inclusion for a leading FTSE 100 technology firm. Jo began her career as an engineer, developing enterprise software for global industry, spanning oil & gas, automotive, aerospace and marine sectors. She brings deep understanding of the engineering culture, and lived experience as a woman within it, to her work in support of diversity and inclusion in tech and engineering.
