Advance Registration Deadline

Payment MUST be received with your registration form or with your online registration; NO Registration will be processed without payment. All payments must be in Euros. Registrations received after 23:59 EDT (UTC-04:00), on Monday, 27 June 2022, will be charged the Standard rate. Upon receipt of your registration and payment, a confirmation letter will be e-mailed to each registrant. PAYMENT ISSUES WILL DELAY PROCESSING OF YOUR REGISTRATION. Note: All presenters must register by 23:59 EDT (UTC-04:00), on Friday, 15 July 2022.

Health and Safety Requirements for In-Person Registrants

Optica event management is monitoring global, federal, state and local health guidelines in preparation for this meeting. This page reflects enhanced safety measures that have been put in place and current rules and expectations. Information on this page will be updated as necessary.

Requirements

  • Vaccinations — All in-person meeting attendees, exhibitors, vendors and staff must be fully vaccinated* and show proof of vaccination with photo ID. No exceptions.
  • Masks — It is strongly recommended that all in-person meeting attendees, exhibitors, vendors and staff wear a mask in meeting venues at all times.

* Fully vaccinated is defined as 14 days or more after an individual has received the second dose in a 2-dose series OR a single-dose vaccine OR after receipt of another vaccine validated by the World Health Organization (WHO).

Cancellation Policy

Cancelling a Registration: Refund requests must be received in writing by Tuesday, 05 July 2022. A processing service charge of EUR 75 will be assessed. Cancellation requests submitted after Tuesday, 05 July 2022 WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. Please allow four to six weeks to process a refund request. Note: Any changes must be made by contacting the Registration Team. Please allow four to six weeks to process a refund request.

Payment and Refund Information

Credit cards are accepted (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and Diners Club). American Express credit cards are NOT accepted.

Checks and Money Orders are NOT accepted for this meeting.

Bank Drafts and Wire Transfers — Please indicate on your registration form which bank was used and when the deposit was made. Also, please notify Optica of the transfer to avoid any lost or unidentified payments.
