The Optica Industry Summit will have limited attendance and involve an application process. Please note that the aim is to have one person attend per company.
All submitted applications will be reviewed, and final attendee decisions made by Friday, 30 September 2022. You will receive notification as to whether your application has been approved.
So that both attendees and speakers can speak freely and interact in-person, we will not be recording or offering an online participation.
Optica/COBO Corporate Members*

Please note: Your membership status will be verified by Optica Management prior to the event, to determine if changes need to be made to your registration fee. If you are unsure about your company’s membership status, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
*Optica corporate member registration rate applies to all employees of an Optica corporate member company. Optica Individual members are not eligible for the member rate.

Registration Refund Policy
This event is non-refundable. Any refunds will be considered on a case by case basis. Please send your request via email to Industry@optica.org and include the registrant's name, reason for cancelling, and the payment amount.
