Optica special events highlights at OFC in San Diego

SAN DIEGO – OFC, the premiere conference and exhibition for optical communications and networking professional will be presented in a hybrid format on 05-09 March 2023 at the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego, California, USA. OFC is co-sponsored by the Optica, IEEE Communications Society (IEEE/ComSoc), the IEEE Photonics Society.

Named in honor of the first woman chair of OFC, Suzanne R. Nagel, the Lounge is an inclusive networking space that offers all attendees the opportunity to hear from leaders in the field, discuss diversity trends and explore new business opportunities.

The Art of Writing the Perfect OFC Paper

Join OFC committee members, journal editors, and distinguished researchers for an interactive workshop on how to write a highly scored OFC paper. We will discuss the qualities of great OFC submissions and the common reasons why papers are rejected from OFC. The workshop will kick off with a few short talks followed by smaller breakout/brainstorming sessions and end with some time for networking.
